Main functions:
Bilium is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, tension headache, migraine, joint pain, muscle pain, dysmenorrhea, toothache, neuralgia, and fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
usage and dosage:
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children :(11 to 12 years old) 1 tablet, 3 to 4 times a day, up to 4 tablets. Consult your doctor for other paediatric medications such as chewable tablets and solutions.
interaction:
(1) long-term drinking or application of other liver enzyme inducers, especially barbiturates or anticonvulsants, may lead to the risk of liver toxicity.
(2) combined with chloramphenicol, this product can prolong the half-life of chloramphenicol and enhance its toxicity.
(3) combined with anticoagulant drugs, the anticoagulant effect can be enhanced, so the dosage of anticoagulant drugs should be adjusted.
(4) long-term use of large amounts of aspirin or other nsaids may significantly increase the risk of renal toxicity.
(5) the combination of this product with the antiviral drug Zidovudine can increase its toxicity, which should be avoided.
