Vitamin B12 Injection
This product is an anti anemia drug. Vitamin B12 participates in methyl conversion and folate metabolism in vivo, and promotes the conversion of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate. When lacking, it will lead to the disorder of DNA synthesis and affect the maturation of red blood cells. The product also promotes the conversion of methylmalonic acid to succinic acid and participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle. This effect is related to the synthesis of myelin sphingolipids and the maintenance of the function of myelinated nerve fibers, which may be related to the nerve damage of vitamin B12 deficiency.
