Calcium Chloride Injection
Calcium chloride injection, indications for 1, the treatment of calcium deficiency, acute hypocalcemia, alkalosis and hypoparathyroidism caused by tetany, vitamin D deficiency; 2, allergic diseases; 3, magnesium poisoning rescue; 4, fluoride poisoning rescue; 5, cardiac resuscitation, such as hyperkalemia, hypocalcemia, or calcium channel block caused by cardiac dysfunction rescue.
This product is a calcium supplement. Calcium ion can maintain the normal excitability of neuromuscular and promote the secretion of acetylcholine from nerve endings. When serum calcium is reduced, neuromuscular excitability will increase and convulsion will occur. If blood calcium is too high, the excitability will be reduced and weakness will appear. Calcium ion can improve the permeability of cell membrane, increase the density of capillary, reduce the exudation, and play an anti allergic effect. Calcium ions can promote the formation of calcification of bones and teeth. There is a competitive antagonism between high concentration calcium and magnesium ions, which can be used to rescue magnesium poisoning; calcium ions can form insoluble calcium fluoride with fluoride for the rescue of fluorosis.
