Oxacillin Capsule
The indication of oxacillin sodium capsule is to resist pneumonia caused by penicillin Staphylococcus and infection of skin and soft tissue.
This product is resistant to acid and penicillin enzyme penicillin. The antibacterial activity of oxacillin against penicillinase producing Staphylococcus was better than that of penicillin G. This product has bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall.
1. Before using this product, it is necessary to inquire about the history of drug allergy and conduct penicillin skin test.
2. Allergic to one penicillin may be allergic to other penicillins and penicillamine. About 5% to 7% of patients with history of penicillin anaphylactic shock may have cross allergy to cephalosporins.
3. Patients with allergic diseases such as asthma, eczema, hay fever, urticaria and liver diseases should be used with caution.
