Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium is suitable for production β- Lower respiratory tract infections, otitis media, and sinusitis caused by Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis; yield β- Urinary tract and skin soft tissue infections caused by Lactamase producing Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella genus; It can also be used for mild to moderate infections caused by Enterococcus. This product can also be used for various infections caused by non enzyme producing strains of the aforementioned bacteria.
