taboo | This compound is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergic reaction to any penicillin-based antibiotic. |
Announcements | In the event of a severe allergic reaction, immediate epinephrine therapy, oxygen, intravenous hormones, and ventilation, including endotracheal intubation, are required. As with any antibiotic, patients should be continuously monitored for signs of insensitive microorganisms, including fungal overgrowth. In case of double infection, the drug should be discontinued and properly treated. As with any other effective drug used throughout the body, it is recommended that during extended treatment, patients should be regularly examined for signs of dysfunction in their organs and systems, including the kidneys, liver and hematopoietic system. This is especially important for newborns, especially premature babies and other babies. Infectious mononucleosis is caused by viral infection and should not be treated with injectable sulbactam sodium ampicillin. Treatment with ampicillin may increase the incidence of rashes in patients with infectious mononucleosis. Intradermal sensitivity test of penicillin sodium should be done before use. Compatibility taboo Since any aminopenicillin can inactivate aminoglycoside antibiotics in vitro, sulbactam sodium ampicillin for injection should be prepared and injected separately from aminoglycoside antibiotics. |
