This product is a nitroimidazole derivative, which can inhibit the REDOX reaction of Amoeba and break the nitrogen chain of amoeba. In vitro tests have shown that when the concentration of the drug is 1~2mg/L, the morphology of amoeba histolytica can be changed in 6 ~20 hours, and all are killed within 24 hours, and the concentration of 0.2mg/L can kill amoeba histolytica within 72 hours. This product has a strong killing effect on trichomonas, its mechanism is not clear. Metronidazole has a killing effect on anaerobic microorganisms, and the metabolites generated when it is reduced in the human body also have an anti-anaerobic effect, inhibiting the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid of bacteria, thereby interfering with the growth and reproduction of bacteria, and ultimately causing bacterial death.
