Function | This product is a compound preparation. Sulbactam is a broad-spectrum enzyme inhibitor and has weak antibacterial activity. It has a strong and irreversible inhibitory effect on β-lactamase produced by Staphylococcus aureus and most negative bacteria. Some negative bacillus chromosome-mediated β-lactamases are inactive. Cefoperazone is a third-generation cephalosporin with poor stability to β-lactamase. The combination of the two not only shows obvious synergistic antibacterial activity against negative bacillus, but the combined antibacterial effect is cefoperazone alone 4 times. Influenza bacillus, aerogenes bacillus, Morgan bacillus, bacillus, Escherichia coli, florotidi citric acid bacillus, enterobacter cloacae, acinetobacter, pneumoniae, etc. have good sensitivity to this product. Mainly used for the treatment of respiratory system, urogenital system infection, peritonitis, cholecystitis, biliary tract infection, intra-abdominal infection, sepsis caused by sensitive bacteria |
