usage and dosage	Common dose for adults: intravenous slow injection, intravenous drip or intramuscular injection, 0.5 ~ 1g once, 2 ~ 4 times a day, severe infection can increase to 6g a day, divided into 2 ~ 4 times intravenous administration. If the creatinine clearance rate is greater than 50ml/ min in patients with renal dysfunction, they can still be given as normal dose. The creatinine clearance rate was 20 ~ 50ml/ min, 0.5g / 8 h. Creatinine clearance was 11 ~ 34ml/ min, 0.25g per 12 hours. Creatinine clearance was less than 10ml/ min, 0.25g every 18 ~ 24 hours.
