Atropine Sulfate Injection
Atropine sulfate injection, indications for 1. Various visceral colic, such as gastrointestinal colic and bladder irritation symptoms. It has poor effect on biliary colic and renal colic; 2. Administration before general anesthesia, serious night sweats and salivation; 3. Slow arrhythmias such as sinus block and atrioventricular block caused by excessive stimulation of vagus nerve, which can also be used for ventricular ectopic segment secondary to sinus node dysfunction; 4. Anti shock; 5. Rescue of organophosphate poisoning.
This product is a typical muscarinic receptor blocker. In addition to general anticholinergic effect, it can relieve gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasm, inhibit gland secretion, dilate pupil, increase intraocular pressure, vision regulation paralysis, increase heart rate, bronchiectasis, etc. In addition, it can stimulate or inhibit the central nervous system in a dose-dependent manner. It has stronger and longer action on smooth muscle of heart, intestine and bronchus than other belladonna alkaloids.
